These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of internettoolwizard.com (the "site"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

Internet Tool Wizard provides free online tools — unit converters, encoders, generators and calculators — that run in your web browser. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.

2. No warranty — verify critical results

We work hard to make our conversions and tools accurate, and our factors are computed from a single source of truth and use exact or widely-accepted standard values. Even so, the tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Some units — notably the Indian land units bigha, biswa, katha and dhur — genuinely vary by state and local custom; we present per-state values and say so clearly, but local practice can differ. For any legal, financial, property or otherwise important purpose, independently verify the result against your local revenue records (patwari / tehsil) or another authoritative source before relying on it. The tools are a convenience, not professional, legal or financial advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any unlawful way or to infringe others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or republish the site's content at scale in a way that competes with or harms the site, or that breaches these Terms.

You may, of course, freely use the tools themselves for your own personal and commercial work, and link to any page.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by Internet Tool Wizard or its licensors. The results the tools produce from your own input are yours to use. Third-party names and marks (for example unit or standard names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The site is intended to be supported by advertising. Ads and any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and data are handled.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Tool Wizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a result produced by the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
